Seville Orange Marmalade

I recenlty came across this video on Seville Orange Marmalade.

I have always wondered what the word Seville comes from little did I know that it is a region in Spain where the oranges come from. Well here is the video that I came across on Seville marmalade and a easy recipe on  how to make it yourself.
