Blueberry, Raspberry & Lavender

A unique combination of fruit and herbs to tantalize your taste buds.
This divine jam is composed of brown sugar, blueberries (38%), raspberries (17%), lemon juice, and lavender.

Recipes:

Blueberry, raspberry and lavender sorbet

Ingredients:
o 1 cup Chaloner Blueberry, Raspberry & Lavender jam
o ½ cup fresh lemon juice
o ½ tsp minced lemon zest
o 2 cups water

Directions:
o Combine Chaloner Blueberry, Raspberry & Lavender Jam, lemon juice, zest and water in a bowl.
o Either freeze according to directions for an ice cream maker or pour into a flat glass or metal dish and freeze until solid, 6 hours or overnight.
o Cut into chunks, process in a food processor just until smooth, then refreeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

Jam Yoghurts
Ingredients:
o 1 plain yoghurt
o 1L milk
o 7 tbsp Chaloner Blueberry, Raspberry & Lavender Jam

Directions:
o Spread jam in the bottom of small jars.
o Whisk yoghurt in a bowl, add milk then and whisk again.
o Spread in jars and put in a yoghurt-maker during 10 hours.
o Then, put yoghurts in the fridge during 4h.
